Job Description: We are looking for a highly organized and sales-oriented individual with exceptional communication skills and a strong understanding of granite products to join our team.
Summary Purpose/Expectations: Generate sales and ensure the successful execution of operational strategies.Implement consistent sales strategies that are efficient, effective, and innovative.Drive collaboration, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.Grow and retain customer sales with wholesale and retail clients.Achieve monthly sales growth, profit margin, and sales targets.Identify competition, conduct price surveys, and participate in community events.Build relationships through regular and proactive client engagement.Process invoices and delivery notes promptly before stock leaves the yard.Ensure data integrity across all systems.Handle general correspondence and emails according to company standards.Provide regular reports and feedback to management.Conduct regular stock take and ensure customer queries are resolved. Target Market Survey: Call potential customers and arrange meetings.Cold calling may be required; always be prepared with sales materials and brochures. Time Management and Self-Management: Maintain high standards of personal quality and productivity.Plan and prioritize tasks to manage competing demands effectively.Anticipate and manage changes proactively.Requirements: Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).Must reside in the surrounding areas.South African citizen.Valid SA Code 08 driver''s license and own vehicle.
