Position: Sales Person/Field Sales Location: Northriding, (Johannesburg) What you'll do: You will be responsible for driving sales, while ensuring customers are satisfied. And achieving sales targets. Requirements: - Conduct outbound field sales to potential customers, engaging them in conversations to understand their financial needs. - Effectively handle objections and address customer concerns to close sales - Meet and exceed monthly sales targets - Collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment. - Excellent communication skills with a persuasive and confident phone presence. - Highly motivated and results-driven individual. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Demonstrate basic proficiency, such as creating documents, scheduling meetings, etc. Familiarize with Company Office Software: - Microsoft Word, to write letters and send professional documents to Voopoo and Geek customers - Excel, to create forms or files and spreadsheets for professionally for company. Voopoo and Geek Africa employee work performances, targets, sales, to keep records etc. - PowerPoint for create presentation - Zoom, for scheduling meetings or appointments.
