TRADING HOURS & SHIFTS: Monday - Friday08:00 - 17:00Select Public Holidays Annual leaveCOST TO COMPANY: Market related salary (negotiable based on relevant experience & proven record)Performance Incentives - KPI linkedTraveling Costs covered by company where operationally required QUALIFICATIONS & MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: IDEAL - Degree in business administration with focus on Sales/Marketing/Procurement NICE TO HAVE - Certification in Beauty Therapy / Cosmetology Business Experience: minimum 3+ yearsFunctional Experience: minimum 3+ years' experience in sales, ideally in the Beauty / Cosmetic / Grooming sectorsLeadership: minimum 3+ year in managementCross-functional experience ideally with marketing / sales / finance / logistics / procurementMust be based in the Northern Suburbs of Cape Town Own, fully insured, reliable vehicle KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES: Bubbly and energetic personaConfidence in leading and motivating a team for successSales Manager with proven track record of successStrong interpersonal skills (e.g.
communication, negotiation)Proven methodological skills (e.g.

)PURPOSE: Drive the consistent execution of salesBuild and maintain sustainable long-term growth plans strategies within each key account through partnerships, in conjunction with the Sales Development satellite teams.Support sales team and drive moraleDevelop effective strategies for sales growth & demandVisit key partners on a regular basis to maintain a relationship and develop businessBi-monthly travel to other provinces for meetings / functions and exposEnsure team meets and exceeds targetsMeasure KPI's / implement KPI's
