Salary - £15,000 – £25,000 (Depending on Experience) + Commission
Hours – Monday – Friday 8:30am – 6pm – Saturday 9am – 5pm, 5-day week
Full license and own car required.
Our client is looking for a Sales & Lettings Negotiator to join their busy team based in Wanstead, holding a high profile of properties. They are looking for candidates with excellent negotiation skills, who are articulate, well presented and keen to further their career with a leading company. It is essential you are an experienced negotiator with good knowledge of the property sector.
The successful candidate will have a positive attitude, be prepared to work hard, and add to our client's high reputation for honesty, service, and excellent levels of communication.
Essential Skills and Experience:
Proven experience in estate agency
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Adept at building and maintaining relationships with clients and contractors
Strong organisational and time-management abilities
A proactive mindset and the ability to work independently
