Sales & Lettings Branch Manager - Canary Wharf, E14 A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Branch Manager to join a vibrant, longstanding and well-established multi-office Estate Agency based in Canary Wharf, E14. As a Branch Manager, it is vital you are comfortable with and have a good understanding and appreciation of brand awareness, marketing and business generation. A good knowledge of the local area would also be an excellent advantage but is not essential.
Main Duties for this key role will include:Leading a busy team of four negotiatorsFull management of the branch's Sales and Lettings operationsCarrying out sales and lettings valuationsUploading new properties to and maintaining the marketing databaseProviding landlords and vendors with regular marketing feedbackNegotiating sales and lettings offersHandling sales progressionThe successful candidate will possess the following skills:Have good experience within residential estate agencyHave a proven track record in senior positions within the industryBe a confident leader that can be a role model to junior staff membersBe success-driven and ambitiousBe highly articulate and have first-rate communication skillsHave excellent organisational skillsBe self-motivated and capable of working under your own initiativeIdeally have NFOPP Technical Awards in Letting & Management or SalesHave a full, clean valid manual UK driving license and own carThis leading firm is offering a base salary of £35-40K an OTE of £60-70K + Car Allowance. Office hours are 9am-6pm Monday-Friday with Saturdays 9.30am-4pm, with a day off in lieu during the week for working a Saturday (every other Saturday is required).
