Job description As Sales Director at Topco Media, your purpose is to build and lead a world-class sales team.
You are RESPONSIBLE for the following activities:
Developing and executing strategic plans to achieve sales targets. Create and communicate sales goals on a weekly basis and ensure executives are informed on the progress of those goals. Compile weekly, monthly and quarterly sales reports for the whole company. Ensure sales team achieves the targets. Define the sales playbook. Enforce the sales processes. Customer portfolio management. Manage Hubspot driven workflows. Drive presentation training and brochure collateral. Build and maintain long-lasting, strong relationships with customers while partnering with them to better understand their business objectives and needs. Understand industry-specific trends, identify key markets and landscapes. Collaborate with teams. Effectively communicate value propositions through presentations and proposals. Report on forces that shift strategic directions of accounts and tactical budgets. Ensure that Sales Teams KPI's and targets are aligned to Topco's overall strategy and targets. Maximize new business development opportunities. Oversee, manage and train Sales Team and Managers. Create a great place to work. Key Performance Indicators Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets. New business development. Company retention. Profit. Company customer reviews. Revenue growth. Qualification in Industrial Psychology highly advantageous. 7 - 10 years' experience in a senior sales role. At least 7 years' experience managing a team. Driver's license. Ability to travel if needed.
