Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement:
Engage and build positive relationships with customers to understand their needs and requirements.
Provide exceptional customer service by offering product knowledge, advice, and assistance.
Demonstrate a thorough understanding of various products, features, and benefits to effectively answer customer queries and make recommendations.
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers to ensure a seamless sales experience.
Maintain regular follow-up and communication with customers to nurture ongoing relationships.
Sales Management:
Achieve sales targets through effective lead generation, prospecting, and conversion strategies.
Develop and implement sales techniques to increase customer interest and drive sales growth.
Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential sales opportunities, market trends, and customer needs.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers.
Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals.
Monitor and track sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback for reporting purposes.
Product Expertise:
Continuously acquire and update product knowledge, including features, benefits, and competitor offerings.
Conduct regular research on market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.
Identify opportunities to enhance existing products or suggest new product ideas based on customer feedback and changing market demands.
Actively participate in product trainings and ensure mastery of technical knowledge.
Requirements:
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Proven experience in sales or relevant customer-facing roles.
Familiarity with the sales process and techniques.
Skills and Abilities:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Customer-oriented approach with a passion for providing exceptional service.
Able to understand and fulfill customer needs by recommending appropriate solutions.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
