The ideal candidate will excel in providing exceptional customer service and have a passion for selling a diverse range of products including marine, motorcycle, power, 4x4 accessories, building materials, garden, and irrigation equipment. Qualifications / Experience: Experience within an auto parts, spares and accessories company ESSENTIAL Previous sales experience in a retail environment, preferably in the automotive, marine or power equipment industry ESSENTIAL Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach. Strong product knowledge and technical aptitude, particularly in tools, machinery, and related accessories. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems. Key Responsibilities may include but are not limited to the following: Engage customers in a professional and courteous manner, assisting them in finding the right products to meet their needs. Demonstrate expert knowledge of our diverse product range, including marine products, motorcycles, power equipment (lawnmowers, generators, water pumps), 4x4 accessories, building materials, garden, and irrigation products. Provide technical advice and guidance on product selection, usage, and maintenance to customers. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling payments and issuing receipts. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring products are properly displayed and stocked. Stay informed about industry trends, product developments, and competitor offerings to remain competitive in the market.
