We are looking for a Sales and Development Leader to join our busy, energetic sales team. We need an experienced sales professional to drive sales, lead and coach a team of driven, hungry external Sales Consultants.
As a Sales and Development Leader, you will ensure the team works to the best of their abilities. You will support the Sales consultants in their day-to-day activities and lead by example by achieving your own personal sales targets. Your responsibilities will include monitoring sales, handling objections, and more.
The ideal Sales and Development Leader needs:
A proven track record in sales
Experience in coaching, mentoring, leading, or supervising people
A strong work ethic and a career-driven attitude
Confidence and the ability to handle high pressure
Strong administrative skills
Excellent communication skills

Requirements :
Matric / NQF L4 & Above
South African
