Sales Administrator/Support

MatricSAMTRAC or equivalent / Certificate or DiplomaExperience in Health and Safety practices, including knowledge of OH&S regulations and ISO45001 standards essentialAt least 2 years experience in a similar positionA valid drivers licenseDuties will be -
Manage sales orders, quotes, job cards and invoicingUnderstand and tailor solutions to customer requirementsPlace and follow up on customer ordersMonitor and address queries on quotationsHandle complaints and provide resolutions.Assign tasks to LMIs and Crane TechniciansCoordinate with technical staff on projectsDeliver exceptional service and build relationshipsEnsure equipment is certified and meets standardsInspection Reports - verify and capture inspection detailsSend required reports and correspondence on timeReport risks and prioritise safetyAdhere to safety policies and contribute to ISO45001Manage customer safety files and contractor packsEnsure staff safety and compliance with regulationsComprehensive knowledge of Health & Safety Regulations
