Candidate Requirements:Grade 12 would be advantageousMust reside nearby in the areaPrevious experience as a Waiter or Runner would be beneficial Must be guest and service-focusedMust be a hard-working individual who is willing to learn Have a good knowledge of wines, cocktails and other beverages servedKnowledge on how stock rotation works and how to do stock controlKnowledge of food, cooking methods, and all menusThis is a Live-out position.
