Now's the time to imagine your potential in a team where experts come together and ignite effective change.To partner with business units to develop, implement the reward policy and strategies, processes and procedures and ensure best practice.Are you someone who can:Provide subject matter expertise and thought leadership in area of expertise.Ensure development and continuous value add improvement to operational processes.Develop, encourage and nurture collaborative relationships across area of specialisation.Display and encourage an appreciation of teamwork and inclusivity.Participate in planned activities that are appropriate for own development.Provide input into the development of the tactical strategy and develop and implement a supporting operational strategy.Compile reports that track progress and guide business to make informed decisions.Demonstrate abilities to build and give input into dashboards to provide key Reward insights.Manage risks in own area of responsibility.Build working relationships across teams and functional lines to enhance work delivery, collaboration and innovation.Create solutions to meet customer demands to deliver internal and external customer service excellence through adherence to quality service standards.Deliver customer experience excellence in own service delivery aligned to Organizational values and service standards.Control expenditure and identify process improvements to contain and reduce costs.Guide and execute reward and remuneration processes, manage projects and reward programs as required.You will be an ideal candidate if you:Qualification: Diploma or Bachelors Degree, GRPExperience: 5-8 years of experience within the Reward field.You will have access to:Opportunities to network and collaborate.Challenging work environment.Opportunities to innovate.We can be a match if you are:Curious & courageous - you're driven by always wanting to know more and learn more and you're brave enough.Obsessed with mastery - you know what it takes to become good at what you do and are constantly pushing yourself to do it.Are you interested to take the step?
