At least 3 years of operational experienceAble to read stock labelsAbility to check stock and documentationAbility to identify discrepancies in terms of product condition and quantityAbility to pick up and move stockResponsibilities:Ensure that the Standard Operating Procedures are known, understood and maintained to ensure that the returns procedures are carried out correctlyUnderstand and know how to make use of the various systems in the businessCarry out investigations where required for discrepancies of documentation and productsCommunicate issues with the customer where necessaryResolve all queries within 24 hoursEscalate all queries which cannot be resolved to the respective ManagerEnsure that the WIP report is managed and maintained on a daily basisEnsure that control of all documentation is maintained at all times and all filing is up to dateDrawing up and managing of returns reports and sending it to the relevant manager/supervisorAnalyse returns stats from reports and use the information to action as requiredReceiving and checking of stock at the returns area against the returns documentation to ensure that the correct quantity, product code and condition is received, picked or dispatched as per the relevant Standard Operating ProcedureEnsure that when a discrepancy is identified, photos are taken and the issue is escalated to the respective manager or supervisorHandle all products in a manner which maintains the condition of the stock and its packagingReceive and debrief all collections as per the manifest on Freight wareEnsure that the stock is in the correct locations as per the systemManage and carry out all required administrative tasks and ensure correct record keepingCommunicate with the customer in terms of decisions and actions that need to takingEnsure that the returns area / cage is properly controlled and securedEnsure that KPIs are known, understood, measured, managed and maintained and reported on monthlyEnsure NCRs/NCPs and IOs are raised daily Ensure that all NCRs/NCPs and IOs are closed off within the required lead times (5 working days)Ensure standards of Health and Safety are maintained and that the requirements of the Occupational Health and Safety ActEnsure that all monthly checks are carried out as requiredMaintain housekeeping standards on a daily basis
