Job DescriptionAs a Retail Media Analyst, reporting to our Retail Media Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting media performance and account growth.Your primary responsibilities will include campaign activation and optimization, data reporting and insights, and assisting in client communications for various retail accounts.This role requires a knack for analytical thinking, strong organizational abilities, and the capacity to work within a global team environment while embodying Jellyfish's core values: be accountable, be positive, be passionate, and be the solution.Primary ResponsibilitiesCampaign Management & Optimization: Sponsored Advertising and DSP activations across retail networks (with a focus on Amazon).Support the Retail Media team in ensuring the accurate and full delivery of client budgets.Conduct daily campaign tasks such as builds, pacing, optimizing, and reporting to ensure seamless execution.Assist in generating reports that highlight campaign performance and provide actionable insights.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and delivery of campaign goals and objectives.Qualifications1+ years of experience working in retail media, in an agency setting.Knowledge of sponsored ad & display advertising through Amazon, with experience working in the Ad Console (Sponsored Ads / DSP).Experience working with 3rd party bid management platforms such as SKAI and/or Pacvue.Strong track record of managing complex retail media budgets.Understanding of the retail industry and latest trends.Advanced Excel/Google Sheets (can maintain complex spreadsheets & has the ability to produce high-quality documents).Client-centric - You'll love getting to know your clients, developing long-lasting relationships and adding value to their business.Analytics & Reporting - You'll be a whizz at using data and market insights to inform decisions and develop business strategies.Process Improvement - You seek and implement solutions to streamline and automate processes.We are hiring for this opportunity in preparation for exciting 2025 client wins.
