Retail Business Support AnalystHire Resolve's Client, a leading Investment Management Firm, is seeking a knowledgeable Retail Business Support Analyst to join their team in Cape Town. As a Retail Business Support Analyst, your main responsibilities will include providing technical and functional support for retail systems, identifying and troubleshooting issues, and implementing improvements to enhance operational efficiency.You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including IT and operations, to gather business requirements, analyze system functionality, and ensure that the retail systems meet user needs.
