Large Resort in the Drakensburg seeking an Experienced Assistant F&B Manager Grade 12 (NQF4) Minimum. A Hospitality Management Diploma or related qualification will be an advantage Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar environment Solid Computer Skills specifically MS Office, APEX & Nebula English proficiency (read, write, speak) Ability to impliment and maintain strong stock control and ordering proceedures Strong budgeting and to ensure orders comply monthly Aware of and able to ensure HACCAP procedures are followed by all staff Staff training and scheduling to ensure service needs are provided for and data recorded RSA ID. Drivers License will be beneficial.
