Resort And Functions Venue F&B Manager, Nelspruit (Cd24719)

Experienced hospitality F&B Manager required in Nelspruit for busy lodge and functions venue
* Tertiary Qualification will be beneficial
* Min 3yrs experience managing an F&B department in a 4 or 5-Star hotel/lodge/resort.
* Banqueting and Conference multi-venue experience
* Basic financial understanding will be required
* Good command of english (read, write, speak)
* Advanced knowledge of COS, POS and PMS systems
* Good MS Office compute skills
* Excelllent time management and report writing skills with a hands on approach.
* Working knowledge of stock controls
* Valid RSA ID, Drivers License
