Resident Engineer

Civil Engineering Consultancy has vacancies around SA for Professionally Registered Civil Technologists/Civil Engineers within its Roads, Highways and Pavement Engineering Division.
Requirements: BSc/BTech in Civil Engineering Registered with ECSA as a Professional Civil Technologist/Civil Engineer Minimum 5 years' Post Graduate experience in a Civil Engineering and/or a Construction Management Role Minimum 2 years' experience working on SANRAL projects Labour Intensive Construction NQF 5 qualification is advantageous Experience as an RE, ARE or Construction related role (e.g.
site agent) will be favourable.
Proficient in contract administration.
Proficient in preparing programmes including monitoring, updating and tracking progress.
Understand how to prepare an estimate and cashflow forecast.
Fully au fait with the COLTO Standard Specifications.
Well versed with the various forms of general conditions of contract, experience with the GCC 2015 and FIDIC Contracts will be advantageous.
