Job Description

You are the beginning of an exceptional guest experience. As a Reservations Executive, you will make our guests feel welcome and reflect the exceptional experience they come to expect when they arrive!

Consistently offer exceptional, friendly and engaging serviceEnsure the best selection for the guest and maximize revenue through up-sellingRecommend property facilities and assist guests with information and special requestsBook room reservation requests, enter rooming lists, and update accurate information in the systemEnsure that team refers to guest history before creating a Guest folio to follow special instructions for regular and VIP GuestsEnsure the accurate positioning of the hotel in terms of occupancy and room availabilityEnsure that the corporate account number is recorded on the Guest Folio to monitor the quantum of business generated through respective companiesEnsure calculative overbookingGive discounts and corporate rates as per the company's policySupervise and delegate work to reservation associatesEnsure that all reservations are recorded as per standard proceduresHandle additional responsibilities as delegated by the ManagementDemonstrate leadership skills that utilize persuasion and motivation to attain organizational goalsAccept responsibility and demonstrate self-confidence, motivation, drive, and tenacityEnhance organizational performance and delegate tasks and responsibilities clearlyThink strategically, inductively, and creatively, recognizing and acknowledging other people's ideas Qualifications

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the same role.
Degree or Post Graduation in Hotel Management or relevant education.
