Reservations Consultant
Kendrick Recruitment is looking for a
Reservations Consultant
to join a dynamic team in Franschhoek. This position will initially support all the reservation desks in the office and is ideal for an organized, detail-oriented individual who excels in customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Reservation Support
: Assist with managing reservations across various desks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in booking.
Client Communication
: Provide exceptional service through phone and email, assisting with travel bookings, transfers, and accommodations.
Administrative Tasks
: Handle reservation systems, update client information, and ensure financial accuracy.
Problem Solving
: Maintain a calm, level-headed approach to resolve issues and assist clients promptly.
Key Requirements:
Experience
: Minimum of 1 year in reservations or travel bookings.
Education
: Minimum Matric (Diploma/Degree preferred).
Skills
: Strong written and verbal communication skills, tech-savvy, and familiar with reservation management systems.
Personality
: People-oriented, team player, and highly organized with excellent multi-tasking abilities.
Other
: Must be based in Franschhoek or have reliable transport to the office, with flexibility for weekends and public holidays.
Working Hours & Package:
Full-time, weekdays from 08:00 to 17:00
Salary based on experience.
