Candidate Requirements:Must have previous reservationist experience within the luxury safari lodge industryWorking experience in managing reservations for a group of properties is preferableMust possess a keen understanding of the unique offerings of each lodge within the groupWill need to be well-versed in the amenities, activities, and personalized services that define each offeringExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to handle a fast-paced work environment while maintaining attention to detail and accuracyKeen understanding of turnaround times when communicating with guests and agentsProficient in the use of ResRequest advantageousStrong organizational and time-management skillsDemonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment and provide timely and professional services to guests Live out position - Office is based near Century City, Cape Town
