Please note that this position is based in The Middle East, relocation, accommodation and additional benefits apply. We are seeking experienced and highly skilled Registered Nurses to join our dynamic healthcare team in the Middle East.
As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing compassionate and comprehensive patient care, adhering to the highest standards of nursing practice.
The successful candidate will possess a solid educational background, significant clinical experience, and a commitment to excellence in healthcare delivery. Responsibilities: Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing interventions.Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure holistic patient care and treatment plans.Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and established protocols.Monitor patient vital signs and condition, reporting any changes or concerns to the appropriate medical personnel.Educate patients and their families about disease management, treatment options, and preventive care measures.Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.Adhere to hospital policies, procedures, and safety regulations at all times.Conducts an individualized patient assessment, prioritizing the data collection based on the patient's immediate condition or needs within timeframe specified by client facility's policies, procedures, or protocols and in accordance with standards of professional nursing practice.Performs appropriate treatments as ordered by the physician in a timely and accurate manner.Collaborates and communicates effectively with other health team members in an effort to maintain patient's ongoing plan of care.Provides ongoing education to patient and family and customized to patient /families ability to learn and retain.Documents patient's assessment findings, physical/psychosocial responses to nursing intervention and progress towards problem resolution.Initiates and participated in emergency resuscitative measures according to protocol.Maintains current competency in medical surgical nursing.Assists doctors in medical and surgical diagnostic procedures by preparing patients and getting ready with required items.Integrates ethical provisions in all areas of practice, and report illegal, incompetent or impaired practices.Maintains confidentiality in matters related to patient, family and facility staff.Observes Standard Precautions as per CDC, OSHA and Kuwait MOH guidelines.Understands role/responsibilities in Emergency Action Plans and responds appropriately.Others as defined in detailed job description. Minimum Requirements: Education & Training: Holds either a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree or Registered Nurse/Midwife Diploma.Holds a valid practice license in their home country.Basic computer skills, including proficiency in electronic medical records systems.Experience: Minimum of 3 years' experience in the same field, preferably in a hospital setting.Maintains required hospital certifications, such as Basic Life Support (BLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), Neonatal Advanced Life Support (NALS), etc.Skills & Qualifications: Strong clinical knowledge and critical thinking skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Adaptability and flexibility to accommodate evolving patient needs and healthcare protocols.Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care.
