As part of this mission, Eaton Mobility Group offers in aftermarket a wide range of products, from commercial vehicle transmissions, clutches, and services to high-performance TVS superchargers, rugged differentials, and performance ring and pinion gearsets.

Under the direct supervision of the Director of Aftermarket EMEA, this position is responsible for leading and directing the sales growth strategy in Independent Aftermarket Channel & OES Channel in assigned Africa Region. In addition, the Sales Leader is responsible for driving growth in sales, expanding customer base, partnering with the Product Lines and external Partners/Suppliers to develop and drive a comprehensive and effective long term strategy, managing all customer programs that revolve around pricing, revenue growth, profitability, design, and customer satisfaction.

What you'll do: Lead a cross-functional customer interface team to ensure high customer satisfaction and responsiveness; Develop the regional customer strategy for annual profit and five-year plans; Provide input on growth opportunities for new products and systems; Assist in formulating and executing a technology strategy that meets customer needs; Gather competitive information and report trends to Product Management and Business Development; Manage cost reduction programs while maintaining internal profitability targets; Deploy the Customer Relationship Review (CRR) process and develop action plans for improvement; Build and maintain strong customer-supplier relationships through daily interactions. Qualifications: BS/MS degree in Engineering, Business or other approved discipline; Fluent English; 10 years of sales experience in Automotive industry. Skills: Financial Skills: P&L, Cost estimating, Pricing; Market and Customer Knowledge; Value Proposition Design & Communication.
