Oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance with company standards and client requirements. Coordinate with clients to customize security solutions based on their specific needs.Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of area managers, supervisors, and security personnel. Foster a positive and collaborative working environment.Client Relations: Maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction. Respond promptly to client inquiries and operational issues.Financial Management: Oversee budgeting, cost control, and financial performance of regional operations.Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure adherence to industry regulations, health and safety protocols, and company policies. Conduct risk assessments and implement measures to mitigate risks. Stay updated with industry best practices and regulatory changes.Reporting: Prepare and present detailed operational reports to senior management. Analyse operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.Innovation and Improvement: Identify and implement new technologies and processes to enhance operational efficiency. Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the regional operations. Stay informed about industry trends and developments to maintain a competitive edge.Qualifications:Grade 12 (Matric)PSIRA Grade A Registration (Essential)Code B drivers' licence (Essential)Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Security Management, or a related fieldCertifications: Certified Security Management Professional (CSMP) or equivalent. First Aid and CPR Certification (preferred). Health and Safety Management Certification (preferred).
