Manage Commercial Banking and Transformation Regions, leading to key strategic objectives. Adopt and optimize operational models, with finance, governance, and risk framework controls, aligned with Bank guidelines and policies. Lead focused client segmentation with segment-appropriate service models and client value propositions for business growth and positive returns in Commercial Banking and Transformation segment.
Minimum Requirements: 4 Year Degree in Commerce, Business Management, or equivalent qualification in Banking and Financial Services.6 to 10 years experience in Development Finance or Commercial Banking environment.6 to 10 years experience at managerial level in customer-facing profit-making business units.5 years experience in Agricultural business environment.5 years experience in Banking or Commercial environment.5 years experience at Senior Managerial level.Responsibilities: Facilitate Development Transformation of The Agricultural Sector.Develop operational plan annually to achieve contracted growth and cascade targets to the Regional team.
