Provide accurate financial reports in collaboration with finance teams.
Optimize inventory levels to align with the business's stock tolerance, minimizing stock discrepancies.
Conduct regular ROCC audits to ensure compliance with operational standards and protocols.
Implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and improve equipment reliability.
Enhance customer satisfaction through continuous improvement initiatives informed by OSAT metrics.
Analyze staff turnover metrics and implement retention strategies in collaboration with HR.
Identify high-potential employees and develop individualized growth plans.
Facilitate training, mentorship, and succession planning to groom future leaders.
