Reefer Customer Care Specialist

If you answered yes to both these questions, then this is the job you've been looking for.A leading Freight company is looking for a Customer Care Specialist specialising in Sea Freight Reefer to be based in their Cape Town Office.In this role, you will be responsible for the daily activities for the reefer clients, supporting them by answering queries and problem-solving.Your Duties Will Include:Completing all Reefer shipment processesReceiving and checking confirmed ordersEnsuring shipments are handled according to agreements and SOPsProcessing customs clearance prior to arranging packing of cargoArranging fumigation / VGM weigh as neededIn Order To Be Considered, You Must Have:Matric5+ years experience in Sea Freight Operations5+ years Reefer/Perishables experienceAdvanced MS Office ability (Excel, Outlook)Compu-Clearing experience would be advantageous
