Key Responsibilities: Full-cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing, extending offers, and onboarding. Candidate Sourcing: Proactively identify and engage with top tech talent through job boards, LinkedIn, social media, coding platforms, and other creative sourcing strategies. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their technical needs, role requirements, and team dynamics to identify ideal candidates. Talent Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for both immediate and future hiring needs. Technical Screening: Assess candidates technical skills and qualifications, ensuring alignment with the companys technical requirements. Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely updates and feedback throughout the hiring process. Diversity & Inclusion: Implement strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates and foster an inclusive hiring process. Employer Branding: Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the company's culture and technical opportunities, enhancing the employer brand within the tech community. Data-Driven Recruitment: Track recruitment metrics, analyse data, and report on the effectiveness of hiring strategies to drive continuous improvement. Offer Negotiation: Collaborate with hiring teams to present competitive job offers, addressing salary expectations and benefits. Market Insights: Stay updated on tech industry trends, salary benchmarks, and evolving recruitment best practices to remain competitive in attracting top talent. Qualifications/Experience: 2 years of proven experience in recruiting for technology roles such as Software Engineers, Front-End Developers, Back-End Developers, DevOps Engineers, Data Scientists, and other tech professionals. Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of technical job functions, programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript, etc.), and technology stacks (e.g., React, Node.js, AWS, etc.). Preferred Qualifications: Bachelors degree in human resources, Business, or related field OR Experience in recruiting for tech roles.
