Requirements Relevant Human Resources Qualification or Related2+ years in Recruitment, Talent SourcingFMCG, Logistics recruitment experience is a mustMust have bulk recruitment experienceComputer literateKnowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and niche professional websites like LinkedInMIE certificate would be an advantageGood written and verbal communications skillsResponsibilities Sourcing and reaching out to qualified candidates for current open rolesCreate and publish job ads in various portalsUtilize various channels to source candidates, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and industry events.Interview candidates in-person for a wide range of rolesProvide regular updates to clients and candidates on the status of their applications and interviews.Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, interview coordination, and offer negotiation.Doing background checks and calling referencesProcessing hiring paperwork and maintaining employee recordsOnboarding new hires and assisting with orientation.Assist as required by the manager.
