The Recruitment Coordinator will be responsible for taking ownership of the recruitment process coordination ensuring that all line managers and team members are informed and involved at the appropriate stages and manage the full recruiting lifecycle across a variety of open roles helping management find, hire, and retain quality talent.Main Responsibilities & Key Result Areas:Work closely with HR, Shared Services, Personnel logistics, and Operations team to identify hiring needs in Africa.Develop and update company Job Descriptions, ensuring they are relevant and reflective of hiring manager needs.Raise Personnel Request Forms via our internal system (SharePoint).Utilize our ATS system (Job Adder) to post job availabilities, internally and externally.Review all candidate applications and pro-actively develop the candidate database pool to meet operational demands for resourcing solutions.Conduct talent sourcing, screening, and submission to managers.Ensure full verification of candidates is carried out prior to first mobilization including certifications and vaccinations.Draft employment contracts and ensure all forms are signed prior to employee mobilization.Assist Logistics Lead with documentation required for employee Visa's and Work Permits.Maintain permanent and temporary worker personnel records including certification expiry dates, visas, vaccinations, emergency contacts, and availability.Provide weekly recruiting status reports and updates to the team and line managers regarding position vacancies and fills.Deliver continuous process efficiencies and improve current processes.Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews with hiring managers and other team members.Manage the applicant tracking systems and databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date records and that all candidate documents are attached.Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.Maintain the recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of the talent acquisition process.Assist the team with recruitment reporting by gathering and analyzing data, preparing reports, and identifying trends and areas for improvement.When required, support the team with identifying and building relationships with potential candidates, creating a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.Recognised Qualifications and Experience:Essential:Educated to Higher Level.5 Years experience in a Recruitment Role.Familiar with ATS Functions, and the use of technology within recruitment.Preferred:Familiar with Oil and Gas industry.Behaviors and Personal Qualities:Essential:Conduct self in a professional manner to minimize conflict.Able to identify and solve non-routine problems in own or related discipline.Supports the positive safety culture in the organization.Intervenes to highlight or 'stop the job' in response to poorly-managed hazards or required control measures.Encourages the identification of issues and concerns.Preferred:Manages personal time and deals effectively with conflicting demands and priorities.Demonstrates a calm and systematic approach.Develops collaborative relationships with key stakeholders.
