Well established and phenomenally successful recruitment agency is urgently seeking Recruitment Consultants who can assist in all consultant duties at our offices in Pretoria.Recruitment Consultants also provide advice to both clients and candidates on salary levels, training requirements, and career opportunities. Developing solid relationships with clients is integral to the role.Potential candidates will need to show evidence of the following:Working IndependentlyAmbition and driveExcellent communication skills - especially negotiating and influencingEagerness to learn and handle responsibilityThe capacity to handle multiple prioritiesFlexibility and commitmentThe ability to work well under pressureGood telephone skills and experience in marketing or customer service-related roles can be advantageous.A driving license is a MUST.APSO membership will be advantageous.Work activities:A Recruitment Consultant's role is demanding and diverse, involving:Using marketing and business knowledge to extend company contactsIdentifying and evaluating clients' recruitment needsNegotiating terms of employmentPhoning existing Clients to establish new recruitment requirementsDocumenting clients' details and vacancy requirements in detailClarifying and negotiating salary and benefits relating to the roleNegotiating fees relating to work the consultant will undertake for the clientHeadhunting - identifying and approaching suitable candidatesReviewing applications, managing interviews, and considering candidates and shortlistsMonitoring candidates once placedCollecting feedback from employers on the performance of candidates who have previously been placed with themMaintaining current records and personal statistics for review against performance targetsActing as a mentor, instructing, and training junior consultantsAttending recruitment fairs and other events to expand the client base and develop new businessConducting one-to-one consultations with clients - these are usually in-depth consultations of around one hour's duration, usually with several similar follow-up consultations thereafterAdvising on career change or development by enabling clients to assess their skills and abilities, explore options for learning and work, and create action plans to take steps to implement decisionsHelping people to understand and identify their skills, abilities, and interests and to make decisions based on what is suitable for their lifestyle and circumstancesAdministering psychometric tests of aptitude, personality, interests, learning styles, motivation, and team dynamicsInterpreting psychometric test results and providing detailed personal feedbackMaking recommendations and discussing options based on psychometric test results and other information supplied by the client to assist them in making informed decisions suitable to their personal circumstancesProviding information and advice on job search techniques, including looking for vacancies, making applications, creating CVs, and going for interviewsProviding mock interviews and advice to improve clients' interview techniquePlanning and delivering group workshops covering career management skills and creative job searching, including organizing external speakersHelping staff explore job opportunities through a placement service or agencyCarrying out desk research and using the internet to respond to queries from clientsReviewing, updating, developing, and disseminating careers information resources, both in hard copy and for use on the internetWriting articles on career-related topicsEntering of CV's into templatesRetrieving and identifying CV's from the database if required by senior consultantsOffering counselling on issues affecting work and career, including stress management, difficulties in balancing work and home life commitments, redundancy, and retirementWorking with external agencies or professionals on referral of clientsManage Web Base recruitmentPlease note: A word document of your CV, latest pay slip, last 3 months comm slips, and proof of placements can be sent via Email to ****** Recruitment and Temps www.aaaa.co.zaPosted 2023-05-06Please provide ALL the information requested below, to submit your CV:Your first name: Your surname: Your email addressAttach the files belowFiles must be:Smaller than 3 megabytes eachEither MS Word, PDF, Jpeg images or text (txt) filesAttach your CV: Attach a copy of your ID: Attach a recent payslip:I agree that AtripleA Recruitment & Temps may collect my personal information as submitted, and make use of this information as set out in the Privacy Policy.
