Job Description:As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, attracting, and placing high-caliber candidates. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions. This role requires a strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in recruitment. Key Responsibilities:-Experienced recruiter with proven billings history- over a period of 2 years (Awards recognizing top achievements would be advantageous)- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from securing business, sourcing candidates to placing them in suitable roles.-Strong communication and interpersonal skills. (Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills)- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing exceptional service.-Be a hunter. Generate new business.-Thrive in a high-performance sale culture. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.-Has deep knowledge and contacts in a specific niche.-Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.-Has the proven ability and willingness to build a new desk, to make calls, build relationships and make placements.-Can work in a mature recruitment environment where they do not need daily supervision-Is an office-based role, flexibility can be discussed once billings are consistent at the expected level-Proficient in using recruitment software and tools.-Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and suitability for roles.-Provide career advice and guidance to candidates.-Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to provide clients with informed insights.-Achieve and exceed recruitment targets and KPIs.- Mentor and support junior recruitment consultants. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in human resources, Business, or a related field (preferred).
