You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions. This role requires a strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in recruitment.Key ResponsibilitiesExperienced recruiter with proven billings history- over a period of 2 years (Awards recognizing top achievements would be advantageous)Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from securing business, sourcing candidates to placing them in suitable roles.Strong communication and interpersonal skills. (Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills)Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing exceptional service.Be a hunter. Generate new business.Thrive in a high-performance sale culture.
