RECRUITMENT CONSULTANTREMOTE WORKING (HOWEVER APPLICANTS MUST BE WITHIN A 10 MILE RADIUS OF CROWTHORNE DUE TO WEEKLY TEAM MEETING)£28,000- £35,000 (DOE) + UNCAPPED COMMISSIONWe are actively looking to engage with experienced Permanent Recruitment Consultants who are passionate about their work and can demonstrate a track record of having achieved/exceeded monthly financial targets.About us:We are a small team of two recruiters who thrive on working in the ever-changing world of recruitment and truly believe in our service.Our focus is NOT on weekly KPIs; we are looking to entrust our consultant to run their own profitable desk.We are all about enjoying what we do, delivering for our clients and reaching or, even better, exceeding our monthly financial targets.What we can offer you:Respect, flexibility, and not forgetting fun along the way.Early finish on a Friday.Uncapped commission.22 days annual leave plus bank holidays.3 additional days paid, between Christmas and New Year, when the business is closed.Birthday off.Incentivised opportunity to earn an additional 1 day's annual leave EVERY QUARTER!Mobile phone / Laptop.Future growth opportunities (This is not a must!
