Apply a critical mindset to ensure key skills candidates meet campaign requirements. This role entails working closely with the Operations Departments, so you must have strong relationship-building skills. A strong sense of urgency and the ability to work in a pressurized environment are needed for this role.Key ResponsibilitiesWrite adverts and post on various platformsImplement initiatives & referral initiatives to attract outbound sales candidatesEnsure fulfilment of the end-to-end recruitment function including sourcing, telephonic screening, competency-based interviews, assessments, compliance & all other related functionsPerform all administrative related dutiesEnsure high quality standards are adhered toRequirements and Qualifications2+ years end-to-end recruitment experienceProven track record in meeting high candidate deliveryWorking HoursMonday to Friday 8am to 5pmFlexible due to operational requirementsSalary: R 6000 to R 8000 plus lucrative placement incentiveNote: Should you not hear from us within 14 days of applying, kindly consider your application unsuccessful for this role.SkillsBusiness Process Outsourcing (BPO), Recruitment, Sales
