Recruitment Consultant

As part of our expanding portfolio, we are looking for an agile and results-driven Project-Based Recruitment Consultant to manage short-term recruitment projects for key clients.Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end recruitment for defined projects with specific deadlines and deliverables.Partner with clients to fully understand project requirements and hiring needs.Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for multiple roles within tight timelines.Use job boards, LinkedIn, and databases to attract the right talent.Coordinate interviews and manage the offer process, ensuring smooth communication between clients and candidates.Provide regular progress updates to clients and stakeholders.Maintain detailed project documentation and ensure timely delivery of recruitment outcomes.What Were Looking ForProven recruitment experience, ideally across multiple industries or disciplines. Finance preferable. Ability to manage several roles simultaneously within a project-based environment.Strong communication and client management skills.Comfortable working within tight deadlines and managing changing priorities.Proficiency with recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and applicant tracking systems (ATS).A solutions-oriented mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment.Qualifications:Bachelors degree in human resources, Business, or a related field (preferred).Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitmentIf you enjoy working on dynamic recruitment projects and are ready to hit the ground running, wed love to hear from you.
