We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant / Recruiter to join our dynamic team in Cape Town.
This is a hybrid position or even remote.
We offer a basic salary negotiable to recruitment experience + incentives/commission.
Minimum Requirements: Must have 3 years of recruitment experience, doing the full 360 degrees of recruitment from start to finish.
Highly motivated, professional, and sales/client-driven individual.
Must be target-driven and sales-driven.
Must have a passion for recruitment.
Must have a proven track record in achieving sales targets and working under pressure.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced and pressurized environment.
Responsibilities: Screening and sourcing suitable candidates matching our client's needs.
Interviewing and building your candidate database.
