Job Description As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for the full 360 degrees of recruitment from start to finish.
This includes: Sourcing and screening suitable candidates that match our client's needs.
Conducting interviews and building your candidate database.
Requirements: Must have 3 years of recruitment experience.
Highly motivated, professional, and client-driven.
Proven track record in achieving sales targets and working under pressure.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and pressurized environment.
Passion for recruitment.
Compensation: We offer a basic salary negotiable based on recruitment experience, plus incentives/commission.
