Recruiter

Red Ember Recruitment is seeking to hire a Recruiter for a contract role based in Muizenberg. Recruitment and selection services for the college. Process applications handle responses and shortlisting processes. Screen CVs; prepare preliminary and final shortlists with responsible managers for submission to the shortlisting committee. Prepare for interviews (i.e arrangements of interviews such as dates venues and invitations to candidates). Coordinate the verification of all applicants qualifications. Develop and update the recruitment database.
Requirements Recognized National Diploma in Human Resource Management/Development (NQF level 6)
5 years relevant experience in recruitment in a human resource environment.
Good interpersonal Relations.
Always Professional and friendly Always willing to assist clients.
Team player Reliability
