Details of the offer

Technical Competencies & Experience: Minimum of 2 years of similar experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Syspro or Similar ERP Software experience. Experience with greeting and welcoming guests, ascertaining their visit's nature, and notifying appropriate personnel. Ensure office security by monitoring access and maintaining visitor logs. Take and relay messages promptly and accurately. Provide information about the organization and assist callers with inquiries. Verify beneficiary bank details as per instructions from Wage Manager or Corporate Financial Manager. Behavioural Competencies: Exceptional communication and reporting skills (written & verbal) Good interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure. Attention to detail. Self-motivated.
