Position Overview: We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Real Estate Sales Executive to join our land flipping team.
The Real Estate Sales Executive will be responsible for assessing land value, contacting leads, negotiating terms, and closing deals with potential land sellers.
The ideal candidate will have excellent negotiation skills, be comfortable with cold calling, and demonstrate a strong ability to close deals while maintaining great client relationships.
Key Responsibilities: Lead Management: Contact warm leads who are open to selling their land, assess land value (training will be provided), and engage with prospects via phone.
Sales Presentations: Deliver persuasive sales presentations, both virtually and in person, to demonstrate how our offerings meet the needs of potential sellers.
Negotiation: Skillfully negotiate terms and conditions with landowners to reach favorable agreements.
Objection Handling: Address and overcome common objections raised by potential sellers during the sales process.
Closing Deals: Use effective closing techniques to secure land flipping contracts.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Market Research: Stay updated on market trends and developments in the real estate industry to provide valuable insights to potential sellers.
Qualifications: Prior experience in sales, real estate, or land flipping is highly preferred but not mandatory.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Familiarity with CRM software (GoHighLevel) is a plus.
Ability to manage time effectively and work independently.
An entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to think outside the box.
Nice-to-Haves: Knowledge of Slack, Notion and Lead Collector Experience in wholesaling, closing, or land flipping.
A strong network within the real estate industry.
Strong networking skills and an entrepreneurial attitude.
