Are you a natural leader with a deep knowledge of the African bush? If so, then we want you on our team! We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Ranger to work as part of a small guiding team. As a Ranger, you will be responsible for assisting the Head Guide in delivering exceptional guest experiences ensuring a seamless guest experience from the beginning to the end of their trip. Your duties will include:Meeting and greeting guestsConducting game drives and bush walksConducting aerial safari's on Solfari our solar powered aerial safari. Assisting with guest education and wildlife identificationEnsuring guest safety and securityMaintaining and cleaning vehicles and equipmentFollowing all safety protocols and proceduresQualifications and ExperienceFGASA Level 1 or 2 qualificationExperience in guiding or wildlife trackingStrong knowledge of local flora and faunaExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsPhysically fit and able to work in challenging outdoor conditionsCompensation Compensation depends on experience but will include lodging and meals during time at camp. Due to the location of camp all staff will work on a rotational basis, likely 6 weeks on and 2 weeks off. To be determined by your leadership.
