QuickBooks & Excel Administrator (Remote) We are seeking a dynamic, tech-savvy QuickBooks & Excel Administrator who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
This role requires a strong background in QuickBooks, advanced Excel skills, and a passion for researching topics, creating connections, and organizing information.  Responsibilities: ? Manage financial records using QuickBooks .
? Conduct research on assigned topics, gather relevant information, and organize findings.
? Create and maintain detailed Excel spreadsheets, including automatic formulas .
? Ensure data is accurately inputted and organized within Excel for easy access and reporting.
? Work with various software applications to support different aspects of the business.
? Assist in the development and management of school-based programs.
? Learn and adapt to new systems and technologies as required.
? Handle multiple roles as needed to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
Requirements: ? Laptop: Must have your own laptop.
? Experience: Proficiency in QuickBooks and advanced Excel (including creating automatic formulas).
? Tech-Savvy: Must be comfortable with using multiple apps, learning new programs, and adapting to different roles.
? Stable Work Experience: Proven track record of job stability and reliable performance.
? Remote Work: Available to work 3pm - 11pm SA time .
? Wi-Fi: Must have a stable Wi-Fi connection.
? Immediate Availability: Able to start immediately.
Skills & Qualities: ? Energy and enthusiasm for learning and being involved in various tasks.
? Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask.
? Comfortable conducting research and compiling information.
? Ability to put together reports and data efficiently.
? Excellent problem-solving skills and willingness to take on diverse roles.
