Quality Team Leader

Our client in Automotive Manufacturing is hiring for a Quality Team Leader to oversee day-to-day quality activities in the production process. You will ensure adherence to specified quality standards and inspection frequencies, playing a crucial role in maintaining product integrity.The successful candidates will be required to travel to Thailand for training and as such will require a valid passport.Relevant Higher Certificate in Quality, Manufacturing, Engineering, or related fieldsISO certificationPREFERRED QUALIFICATION:Relevant Diploma in Quality, Manufacturing, Engineering, or related fieldsReport quality incidents and non-conformancesConduct shopfloor patrols and quality inspectionsMentor and train team members on quality standardsManage non-conformance materials and implement hold labelsParticipate in Continuous Improvement initiativesMaintain daily quality KPI reportingSupport 4M Changes (Man, M/C, Method, and Material)Participate in process audits and resolve discrepanciesImplement and uphold ISO and ITAF standardsIf you're passionate about quality assurance, possess strong leadership skills, and thrive in a collaborative environment, apply now to join our dedicated team and drive excellence in automotive manufacturing!At least 5 years of Quality Assurance Control experience at a Team Leader level in Automotive Manufacturing or Manufacturing sectorsTECHNICAL PRE-REQUISITE COMPETENCY:Strong understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS)Proficiency in reading and interpreting quality specificationsKnowledge of AutoCAD, PolyWorks Faro programs advantageousFamiliarity with safety protocols and regulatory requirementsQuality certification in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ITAF 16949
