Quality InspectorLocation: Crewe, CheshireType: Full-Time, Permanent, 37 hrs P/WSalary: £12.50 Per Hour - PAYEWe are currently looking to recruit a Quality Inspector for an exciting new opportunity working for a prestigious automotive manufacturer in the Crewe area of Cheshire. The Quality Inspector in this role will join our established quality team and will be responsible for inspection and potential rework activities on components and assemblies and the completion of relevant reporting data.The Quality Inspector will carry out both visual inspection and dimensional inspection activities to written work instructions and will be responsible for the accurate completion of detailed inspection reporting documentation.Applicants should ideally have previous visual inspection and dimensional inspection experience; however, training will be provided to individuals who can demonstrate good communication skills, numeracy, computer literacy, and have excellent attention to detail. Previous experience in a similar Quality Inspector role using measuring equipment such as micrometres and vernier callipers would be advantageous.In return, the successful candidate will be rewarded with a basic hourly rate of £12.50 per hour, with premiums for shifts and weekend working. The successful candidate will be required to undergo a basic DBS criminal record check.
