This role is crucial in supporting the Quality Assurance Manager by overseeing the quality assurance processes and ensuring that our services meet the highest standards of quality and compliance.
You will lead a team of QA Team Leaders and specialists, implement quality control procedures, and drive continuous improvement in our quality systems.
Key Responsibilities: Support the QA Manager in daily operations and supervision of the QA team.Assist in the development, implementation, and management of QA procedures and policies.Train and mentor QA team members, conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to promote professional growth.Oversee compliance with quality standards throughout the production process, monitoring metrics, and implementing corrective actions as necessary.Identify and implement improvements within the quality management system to enhance efficiency and product quality.Ensure accurate documentation of quality control processes, including inspection reports, testing results, and non-conformance reports.Prepare and present quality reports to management.Ensure all QA processes comply with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.Address and resolve quality-related issues and customer complaints, working closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.Analyze root causes of quality issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop solutions.
Qualifications: Leadership certification, Quality Assurance certification, Business Administration, or a related field.Project management certification or experience with project management tools/methodologies Agile).
Certification in quality management Lean Six Sigma) is a plus.Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in quality assurance, with at least 2-4 years in a supervisory or assistant management role.Strong knowledge of quality management systems and methodologies.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in quality analysis tools and software.Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and work under pressure.
