Exciting Opportunity!Our client in the Financial sector is seeking a skilled QA Lead to join their team. If you are a proactive leader with strong communication skills and a passion for enhancing team spirit and customer understanding, this role is perfect for you.Lead the QA team to ensure software quality at every stage of development.Design and implement automated tests.Create and update test plans.Identify and minimize potential risks.Enhance QA processes.Monitor Quality Assurance metrics.Collaborate with development and product teams to incorporate QA practices into the Agile process for efficient and high-quality software releases.Requirements:Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.Proficient in Software QA methodologies and tools.Hands-on experience with Appium and Selenium.Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Groovy, Ruby, Python, or JavaScript.Expertise in Frontend, API Automation, and Performance Testing.Familiarity with testing frameworks like TestNG, JUnit, or Cucumber.Skilled in Git, Jenkins, JIRA, SQL/NoSQL databases.Attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot complex issues in application testing.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Prior experience in the Banking sector is a must.Technical assessment will be required for this role.
