To perform activities/ tasks associated with the personal safety and protection of staff and officials of the eThekwini Municipality, citizens of the community, property and equipment, by  reactionary enforcement and attending to processes aimed at ensuring compliance with laws, by-laws regulations and policies in order to ensure any action or situation threatening the safety of officials, citizens, property and equipment are identified and promptly attended to.
