We are looking for a Property Risk Surveyor in the KwaZulu-Natal Region to join our Business Insurance support team. The successful candidate will conduct surveys for our commercial clients by surveying risks and making recommendations on risk improvement and underwriting.
Minimum Requirements:Minimum of 4 years' experience as a commercial property risk surveyor working within a team with a proven track record in survey commercial property risks.Experience surveying complex risks including manufacturing operations with a business interruption risk component.Thorough understanding of commercial property insurance contracts.Any commercial insurance underwriting experience will be advantageous.Deliverables include, but will not be limited to:Survey commercial property risks to determine and document the risk profile and to advise underwriters of any concerns and or recommendations regarding the risk.Building strong relationships with the Underwriting and support teams.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Deliver high-quality reports.Ability to work independently.Excellent people skills.Strong analytical ability.Attention to detail and able to work under pressure.Build a successful career with usWe're all about building strong, lasting relationships with our employees.
