Property Portfolio Manager

Key Responsibilities:Human Resources & Leadership:Determine staffing needs and manage the team effectively.Provide leadership and guidance, setting clear performance targets.Ensure consistent performance management across the portfolio.Strategic Planning:Develop and implement strategic plans with measurable objectives.Benchmark KPIs against the market and adjust strategies as needed.Draft and execute a comprehensive portfolio strategy to meet KPIs.Financial Management:Manage portfolio net income vs. budget.Oversee capital expenditure and ensure it aligns with the budget.Monitor and manage arrears to optimize financial performance.Property Leasing & Retention:Manage property leasing to minimize vacancies.Develop and implement a tenant retention strategy.Reporting & Compliance:Produce high-level executive summaries and detailed monthly reports.Ensure compliance with all building regulations.Consistently implement company policies and procedures.Development & Asset Management:Identify and initiate refurbishment and development opportunities.Facilitate property sales and acquisitions in line with asset management goals.Industry Relationships:Build and maintain relationships with key players in the property industry using CRM tools.Qualifications:Education: BCom Accounting degree or equivalent.Experience: Proven experience in property management, financial management, and team leadership.Skills: Strong strategic planning, financial acumen, and excellent communication skills.Apply Now!
